A total of 5,034 beneficiaries from the 13 municipalities of Benguet received their pay-out from DOLE under the Tulong Pang hanapbuhay sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced (TUPAD) workers through the initiative of Benguet Caretaker Cong. Eric Yap and he assured the public to include farmers, pocket miners and transport group for the 2nd quarter of TUPAD.
