Two violent men arrested by the authorities

SANTIAGO, Ilocos Sur – Two violent men were arrested by the authorities after provoking challenge and to hack persons in the authorities from the barangays and police reported Saturday (April 17, 2021) here.
Santiago Police reported that a suspect Marcelino Gapang of Brgy. Butol, Santiago,Ilocos Sur, was immediately arrested when he threatened and bullshitted them with unsavory remarks in Ilocano “Okininayo amin, tagtagbaten kau amin (Fuck you, I will hack you all)”.
Marcelino also attempted to attack a Barangay Captain Lilia Pitt and her chief tanod but they were able to evade the attack.
Responding policemen parried the bolo and subdued the suspect.
Prior to this, Mariane H. Gapang, wife of the suspect, reported to Santiago Police that his husband has beaten her and his son Steve Carl.
Initial report that Santiago PNP together with Brgy. Captain Pitt and Chief Tanod Charlie Favialas responded on the house of the suspect which he was holding a bolo and shouting disrespectful to the respondent authorities.
At the police station, the suspect without apparent reason, he punched the face of Police Sgt. Pascua but missed.
Also another violent suspect identified as Edilberto M. Sibolboro, 48, fruit dealer and a resident of Gabor Norte, Santa Cruz, Ilocos Sur, arrested for provocation.
According to report of Sta Cruz PNP, that a commotion was in progress at Brgy. Quinsoriano, Sta Cruz, prompted police personnel to respond and caught in the act the suspect who was provoking trouble.
A responding police personnel pacified the suspect but turned-out more violent and threatened PSSG Edilberto Q. Biason, Jr. in ilocano dialect “ukinnam Biason diak pay la nakabales kenka ti panang raidyo sugalan jay balay, patayen ka Biason (Fuck you Biason, I was not yet able to retaliate with you when you raided the gambling in my house)”.
After the suspect was arrested, he continued to challenge the police, “ibbatan nak gago ta agboksing ta, bisita ka lang ditoy, maymaysa biag mo gago! (Release me you fool, so we’ll box each other. You are just a visitor here).
These suspects are now being detained into police custody and charged for attempted and assaults a person in authority.
