UBOD BARRIO SCHOOL KICKS OFF FIFTH YEAR OF FAMILY ADORATION THROUGH MUSICAL LEARNING YEARLONG

Ubod Barrio School celebrated the start of the fifth year of its Family Adoration Through Musical Learning Yearlong program on August 9, 2024. This beloved initiative, which seamlessly combines music education with family involvement, has become integral to the school’s practice. For the school year, the program will take place every Friday from 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. This year, the focus will be on ukulele and guitar lessons, offering learners the opportunity to develop their skills on these popular instruments.

In addition to weekly music lessons, participants will also engage in an online singing contest, where they will prepare and practice musical pieces together. This contest aims to enhance the learners’ musical abilities and the family bonds as families collaborate and perform in a supportive online environment. The Family Adoration Through Musical Learning Yearlong program is designed to provide a meaningful and enjoyable experience for students and their families, combining practical music education with opportunities for family involvement and performance.
