The Cordillera Administrative Region kicks off the observance of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women (VAW) with a parade along Session Road to the Malcolm Square in Baguio City today, Nov. 27, 2022, where the program proper will be held. The parade is led by the Regional Gender and Development Committee, Regional Committee Against Trafficking – Violence Against Women and their Children, together with the Regional Juvenile Justice and Welfare Council, and the Regional Sub-Committee for the Welfare of Children chaired by DSWD-CAR Regional Director Leo Quintilla.
