Unknown Man Dumped Along Dimly-lit Circumferential Road In Baguio City

BAGUIO CITY (October 26, 2020) – A still unidentified male was found sprawled dead along the circumferential road at Lower Balcbac, barangay Sto. Tomas Proper Sunday morning.
 
The male cadaver was found without upper garment showing a knife wound on his left armpit and left chest at around 7AM Sunday at the grassy roadside.
 
Baguio City police director Col. Allen Rae Co said the victim was wearing a navy blue jogging pants, pink boxer shorts and sported several tattoos on different parts of his body.
 
Store keeper Joseph Ciriaco Pablo, 58, said they were walking going uphill at the road with his grandson Ell Gie Pablo where the later saw a pair of slippers beside the road. When they checked on the slippers, they discovered the victim in a supine position.
 
The circumferential road system stretch in Balacbac remains dimly-lit and sparsely-populated.
