One of the topics tackled by San Fernando City Mayor Hermenegildo A. Gualberto in his State of the City Address (SOCA) is the strict adherence to the traffic ordinances specifically the use of pedestrian overpasses to promote order and discipline in the streets of the city starting February 1, 2018. Exempted from use of overpasses are PWDs, Senior Citizen, pregnant women, 6-year old children and below with their companions.
