Beating the heat of summer and envigorating themselves from the humdrum and weary works of everyday life, thousands of beach lovers joined in the 2nd Wet and Cool Bauang led by Mayor Eulogio Clarence Martin P. de Guzman III with officers and members of the Bauang Tourism Council as part of the 4th Kalgaw Festival.
Participants enjoyed the fun wearing various pastel shades of colors armed with their water guns during the long stretch of parade from Bauang Town Plaza through the National Highway intersection going around Bauang Public Market until the Marand Resort seaside on April 13, 2019 at Baccuit Sur in Bauang, La Union.
