1st Sili Festival in Kapangan

Kapangan Municipal Mayor Manny Fermin, Benguet Provincial Board member Roberto K. Canuto, Pongayan Punong Barangay Fernando Sasa shows in the hands the bounty harvest of Bell Pepper, one of the famous plant produce fruits in Kapangan.

The Sili Festival aim to promote the tourism industry to sustain the agriculture and livelihood in Kapangan. The festival was held in Pongayan barangay on January 31, 2020.
