#2 TOP MOST WANTED IN REGION 1 CAUGHT IN BAGUIO CITY WITH ILLEGAL DRUGS

Elements of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit of the Police Regional Office Cordillera caught tonight Region 1’s Number #2 Top Most Wanted in Engineers Hill Baguio City. According to the operating unit, they served a standing warrant of arrest against Dennis Manangan Reyes from Subusub, Rosario La Union with a Criminal Case of Violation of Section 11 of Article 2 of RA 9165 issued by Agoo La Union RTC Branch 31 signed by Presiding Judge Romeo Maglaya Atillo Jr. with a recommended bail bond of P200,000.00 issued last October 12, 2022.

Upon serving the warrant of his arrest the police did a body search and saw 2 sachets of suspected shabu inside his cigarette casing prompting the police to arrest the suspect for another case of possession of illegal drugs. The items weighed 6 grams with an estimated street value of more than P40,000.00. The suspect will undergo inquest proceedings and evaluation for the proper disposal of the courts on his pending and immediate case.
