29th Philippine National Police Foundation Day
Gov Pacoy Ortega posts with the officers of Police Regional Office 1. Ortega was the guest of honor and speaker during the celebration ceremony held on Monday (Feb. 3) at the Police Regional Office 1 Grandstand, Camp BGen Oscar M. Florendo, Parian, City of San Fernando, La Union.
He talks on creating new opportunities to uphold transformative good governance both the Provincial Government of La Union and Philippine National Police are Performance Governance System practitioners.
The event marked with the awarding of medals to deserving personnel and laying of wreaths in front of BGen Florendo bust.
