3 drug pusher arrested in Kalinga

KALINGA – Three drug personalities, including two drug pushers categorized as High Value Individual (HVI) were arrested during separate buy-bust operations in Tabuk City, Kalinga.
Police Colonel Davy Limmong, provincial director of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, identified the suspects as Japy A. Wasigan, 25, resident of Barangay Lacnog, Tabuk City, Kalinga; Larry Pascual y Antimano 52, of Barangay Appas, Tabuk City, Kalinga, both listed as HVI and Marvin Andaya Domingo , 22, of Barangay Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga, tagged as newly identified drug personality.
Limmong said, Wasigan was arrested at 11:30 a.m at Lacnog, Tabuk City, Kalinga on Oct. 10 and yielded one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu to the poseur buyer weighing more or less 0.8 grams with an estimated street value of P5,000.00, one piece genuine P1,000.00-peso bill, and 4 pieces P1,000.00 used as buy-bust money.
Another buy-bust was conducted at around 2:00 PM that led to the arrest of Pascual, who yielded one piece heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu to the poseur buyer, one piece genuine P1,000.00 peso bill, and 2 pieces P1,000.00-peso bill used as buy-bust money. Said drug item weigh more or less 0.03 grams with an estimated street value P3,000.00.
Limmong said, personnel of Tabuk City Police Station responded to a call from Kagawad Tony Ngaya-an stating that they have arrested an individual identified as Marvin Anadaya Domingo, 22, of Barangay Agbannawag, Tabuk City, Kalinga, and a newly identified drug personality.
Confiscated from the suspect are one piece small heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing shabu, one piece small heat sealed plastic transparent sachet with residue, three used aluminum foil, and one  XRM black motorcycle.
All of the arrested suspects was charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 or The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
