In preparation for the grand opening of the Pasko sa Kapitolyo 2019 on November 29, the Provincial Government of La Union hosts a Press Conference on November 22, 2019 at Jorisan Waterfront Resort, Bauang, La Union. Provincial Administrator Jennifer Joan O. Manguiat, Provincial Information Officer Mr. Adamor L. Dagang, Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer Aureliano F. Rulloda III and Security Services Unit OIC Rimas Calixto served as speakers during the said event.
