Road network system contributes to economic, social progress. Mayor Alfredo Dacumos Jr. leads other town’s officials to address the “relocation” issue of the plant during the Oct 4 talks with stakeholders, private contractor and representatives of DPWH-CAR. Local officials appeal to the private company to transfer its plant to non -residential area in order to meet environmental and health concerns.
