PCol. Ruel D. Tagel, City Director, led an engaging Police Information and Continuing Education (PICE) session with the BCPO Headquarters personnel this morning, December 27, 2024. The session highlighted the crucial role of each personnel in the awareness campaign on the law and ordinance prohibiting the use and sell of firecrackers as well as the illegal discharge of firearms, urging everyone to understand the potential dangers they pose. The focus was on promoting a peaceful and safe celebration of the Yuletide season, with an emphasis on educating the public on the risks involved, whether through social media or by community engagements. The session encouraged everyone to contribute to a joyful celebration that prioritizes safety and harmony, and to serve and protect the public with a spirit of SMILE.
