The Provincial Board of Canvassers officially declared the victory of Pangasinan Governor Ramon V. Guico III in the 2025 elections. This is his second term. “My re-election is because of your trust and unwavering support. We will continue our projects for the continuous development of our province,” Governor Guico said.
