Abra festival float panagbenga
The La Paz town in Abra featured renowned festivals in the country such as the Panagbenga or the Baguio Flower Festival of Baguio City in the parade of floats during the 4th Abel Festival of the municipality last week.
La Paz also focused on the promotion of the abel or the traditional weaving industry of the municipality which has become its One Town One Product.
