Ms. Brenda B. Canipas and Sheila B. Quinagoran both of the General Services Office were commended during the Monday Flag Raising Ceremony for their exemplary act of honesty and genuine concern for others.
They returned to the rightful owner of the money they found within the premises of Baguio City Hall.
