The city government of Baguio congratulated and commended LCDR Anthony R. De Leon (GCS) (RES) for having been adjudged as the AFP Reservist Officer of the year (Field Grade Level) during the culmination ceremony of the 43rd National Reservists’ Week CY 2022 and hist unit 12th Navy Group Reserve as well as the Naval Forces Reserve – Northern Luzon at the Lapu-Lapu Grandstand, Camp General Aguinaldo, Quezon City. Mayor Benjamin Magalong and Vice Mayor Faustino with members of the city council awarded the framed copy of the resolution during the Monday flag raising ceremony at the Baguio city hall grounds.
