City Councilors Joel Alangsab and Lilia Farinas led in the awarding of the check worth of thousands to nonagenarians, ages from 90-99 years old as mandated under the City Ordinance # 77, series of 2019. The awarding was held at PFVR Gym in line with the Elderly celebration.
