The National Irrigation Administration-CAR and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) through its Baguio Extension Office sign a memorandum of agreement (MOA) designed to hasten financial literacy among farmers-irrigators. The signing is led by Engr. Benito T. Espique, Jr., NIA-CAR Regional Manager and Atty. Regina May Cajucom-de Guzman, Director of SEC-Baguio Extension Office. The activity was held on June 9, 2025at NIA Farmers’ Center in Brgy. Wangal, La Trinidad.
