Benguet officials led by Governor Melchor Diclas and entrepreneur Elmer Macalingay led the ribbon cutting ceremonies for the opening of the Agri-Industrial Trade Fair of the 119th Benguet Foundation Anniversary thru the Adivay 2019 celebration at the Benguet Sports Complex in La Trinidad, Benguet on Monday.
The the fair which showcase the best local produce, the One Town-One Product and other arts and crafts of the 13 municipalities of the province and the other government offices and private sectors in Benguet.
