DA Secretary William Dar (3rd from left) awards the Special Program for Agricultural Development (SAAD) projects to Sabangan Mayor Gabino Gangganan for P6.86 million worth of agriculture projects that aims to improve food production and reduce poverty in the municipality.
Dar as the Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS) for CAR, includes 163 barangays, mostly Communist Armed Conflict affected areas, in 25 municipalities in the province of Apayao, Kalingan and Mountain Province in the DA SAAD program.
