Air-Dried Coffee Beans

A young resident checks on the air-dried arabica coffee beans, a process that coffee producers in La Trinidad, Benguet adopt. While the process takes a longer time, the taste and aroma of arabica coffee are better than when done applying the wet process.
The flavor from the pulp is retained, which is the first thing that is taken off in the wet process. La Trinidad currently produces an average of 90,000 metric tons of the Arabica coffee variety a year.
