On Sept. 4, 2023, Amianan Balita Ngayon will commemorate its 12th Year anniversary and these 12
years may be defined as a kaleidoscope of happy and memorable times on one sight but with numerous struggles and challenges on the other. Amianan Balita Ngayon dates back its humble beginning with scanty start-up financing and a team composed of unpopular but determined animals in the field of newspaper publication dominated by pioneer, well financed companies.

This community paper just inched his way amidst scornful and doubtful eyes waiting for its early
departure in the arena – but 12 years proved them otherwise, we stood strong and sustained. Over the last 12 years, ABN has undergone trials and challenges and even went on the brink of closure due to the threatening downfall and perceived extinction of traditional media, by the grace of the Lord ABN withstood all of these including the latest blow brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Of course, our prolonged stay on the publication is made possible by the people, a fantastic team of dedicated loyal partners who stood by side day and night, even on rocky roads. Above all, the publisher/owner painted an atmosphere wherein a healthy organization was anchored in the incorporation of core human values, mainly trust, integrity and teamwork. A flexible work culture and sound learning atmosphere is also shared. After all, as one famous editor once said that “the whole ecosystem of journalism is built on trust”.

Of course, there have been so many paths that were quite difficult for Amianan Balita Ngayon, but many have helped the outfit a lot in those odd stumbling blocks, and this is all because of the constant support and blessings that have made ABN’s journey possible. Supportive, faithful and avid advertisers, subscribers and readers from different government offices and private entities really saved the day – to you all thank you very much. It’s a matter of great pride to see Amianan Balita Ngayon growing, embracing good value system and achieving more than what we have ever thought of.

There is a community of people whom ABN would want to thank deeply on this fortunate day. First of all, the present and former co-workers who have works to helped this media outfit to where it is now, taking pride in saying that we have the best and extraordinary workers with equally high aspirations and dreams. Together we have worked against all the odds that occurred in these 12 years to make what seemed impossible, possible. We will continue to strive setting our media outfit become a shining example amongst the leading companies in the region.

We will look forward to another amazing year with strong proficient relationships even further and to make Amianan Balita Ngayon to reach greater heights. As we take advantage of this moment to express gratitude and to celebrate these blessed 12 years gone by, we will turn eagerly to the years that lie ahead. Today, when we have completed one more successful year, we celebrate for being able to make a significant space in the market and hope to keep achieving new milestones and beat new records.

We take a pledge that we are not going to restrict ourselves to only this but make and achieve new bench marks in the industry. We not only hope but strongly believe that we together can make anything happen – believing, supporting each other and direct ourselves to the right direction.
