BAGUIO CITY’S 7TH MOST WANTED PERSON ARRESTED
BAGUIO CITY
The Baguio city Police Office reported the arrest of Baguio City’s 7th Most Wanted Person for three
counts of Violation of AntiViolence against Women and their Children Act of 2004 or Republic Act 9262. A 27-year-old driver who is a resident of San Luis Village, Baguio City was arrested near his residence by the BCPONaguilian Road Police Station (PS1) on September 13.
The arrest was made by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by the Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Branch 4, Baguio City on September 5, 2023 with a recommended bail of P48,000.00 per case. He was also tagged as 2nd Most Wanted Person Station Level for the 3rd Quarter CY 2023.
