Baguio is highly competitive

The City Government of Baguio represented by City Planning Officer Evelyn Cayat, Baguio PEZA administrator Atty. Rene Joey Mipa, Janet Aguirre and Nellie dela Cerna receive the major award as the 11th Competitiveness Over-All Ranking in the Highly Urbanized City out the 33 cities in the country during the 4th Competitiveness ceremony last September 19 held at Albergo Hotel. DTI-CAR regional director Myrna Pablo, DILG-CAR regional director Marlo Iringan, RCC-CAR co-chair Johnny dela Cruz and PCCI-CAR former regional governor Alfonso Lao also handed other awards for Baguio City as 20th in the Highly Urbanized, 7th in Government Efficiency and 8th in Economic Dynamism in National Highly Urbanized City Competitiveness categories, respectively, out of 33 cities nationwide.
