BAGUIO LGU SIGNS A MOA WITH DSWD

The city government of Baguio, represented by Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan, City Health Officer Dr. Celia Flor Brillantes, City Social Welfare Officer Ms. Liza Bulayungan, and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), represented by Regional Director Dr. Maria Catbagan-Aplaten and Mr. Jerry Julian, inked a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at the Baguio City Multipurpose Hall last June 23 to work hand in hand in unified outreach and other support for the city’s most at-risk communities. The temporary shelter for the reach-out beneficiaries while they wait for reintegration into the community will be at the Regional Processing Center in Irisan, Baguio City. The City Health Services Center, through its nearby district health center, will assist with the Pag-abot program in providing immediate health care assistance to the beneficiaries admitted to the Regional Processing Center.
