BAGUIO PHOTOGS EXHIBIT FESTIVAL PHOTOS IN CANDON CITY

Award – winning photographers Andy Zapata Jr. and Mau Victa will be holding their photo exhibit on March 26 at the Candon Arena just
in time for the culmination of the Tobacco Festival in Candon City. Entitled “Panagdubla ti Arapaap (Wrapping Dreams in Tobacco Leaves),” the exhibit features 20 photos since the inception of the festival 29 years ago. It also highlights how the tobacco industry helps boost the city into the most progressive city and the cultural capital of Ilocandia.

Guest of honor is Mayor Eric D. Singson who was at the helm of the festival and made it among the most exciting festivals in the North. The photos were printed in special canvas to make them a permanent exhibit that will be presented to the barangays after the event. Major sponsors include Japan Tobacco International, Philip Morris International, Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation and Universal Leaf Philippines Inc.
