Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong (left) and San Fernando City Acting Mayor Alfred Pablo Ortega (right) signed a memorandum of understanding opening the Baguio-San Fernando Summit and Seas Travel Experience Tourism Bubble to shore up business-tourism in Northern Luzon.
Ortega received the City’s Key as a signal of opening tourism and business on both cities.
