La Trinidad Vice-Mayor Roderick Awingan strongly urges Barangay officials of Buyagan, Poblacion to hold a public consultation on the complaints of its residents regarding the construction of a DITO Telecom tower.
In a recent exclusive interview, Awingan is shown presenting a municipal resolution approved in 2020, requesting barangays to make sure that all affected parties, houses, and vacant lot owners in the construction of cell site towers and similar equipment should be invited during consultation.
