BAY-AN AND PHOTOS AT GALLERY 2600

The Gallery 2600 at the Baguio Convention opens with two exhibits featuring the works of noted Ibaloy painter Roland Bay-an and the early 20th century photographs of the region by the Ortigas Library featuring the Cordillera people, their surroundings, architecture, and indomitable spirit.
Artist Bay-an is seen here at the center at the entrance of the BCC after receiving a plaque of appreciation given by the city. Photo includes Eng’r Doy Tabilog representing mayor Benjamin Magalong, councilors Levy Lloyd Orcales, Leandro Yangot, Jr., and Benny Bomogao (1st to 4th left) as well as city administrator Bonifacio dela Pena and councilors Leah Farinas and Vladimir Cayabas (1st to 3rd right).
