Itogon mayor Victorino Palangdan (extreme left) during a recent meeting with the Benguet Federation of Small Scale Miners, Inc. (BFSSM) in Tuding, Itogon, Benguet appeals to the Benguet Provincial Mining Regulatory Board (PMRB) to lift its stoppage order on the operation of small scale mining in the province and issue a Temporary Small-Scale Mining Permit (TSSMP) to address the sufferings of small-scale miners since the stoppage order took effect in October (2018).
