Alpha Land Baguio Mountain Log Home, Inc recognized as the No. 1 tax payer in the property industry of the Province of Benguet. Anne Jayme-Rodil (extreme left) resident manager and George Garcia (2nd from left), vice president for construction receive the plaque of appreciation from Governor Melchor Diclas, Provincial Board Member (Trade-Committee Chairman) Marie Rose Fongwan-Kepes, Vice Governor Ericson ‘Tagel’ Felipe, and Provincial Treasurer Imelda Macanes. The said property developer,based in Itogon landed Top 8 among top taxpayers to include power and mining sectors which placed No. 1 and No 2, respectively. The awarding ceremony, part of Adivay Festival was held on Nov. 8 (2024) at Newtown Plaza Hotel, Baguio City.
