The new set of officials for the province of Benguet for the term 2025 – 2028 shared a light moment following their oath taking ceremony and presentation to the public at the Benguet Sports Complex witnessed by their family members, members of the community and their supporters last June 30. The new set of officials include Governor Melchor Diclas, Vice Governor Marie Rose Fongwan-Kepes, Board Members for District 1 – Thomas Wales Jr., Charmaine Molintas -Likigan, Alexander Fianza and Johannes Amuasen and the Board Members for District 2 – Jim Botiwey, Neptali Camsol, Armando Lauro, Manny Fermin, Romeo Salda, and Ruben Tinda-an. They were also joined by the ex-officio members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan with Sangguniang Kabataan Federation President Meica Cayat, Liga ng mga Barangay President Oliver Paus, Provincial Indigenous Peoples Mandatory Representative Benjamin Palbusa, and outgoing Philippine Councilors League President Ronald Kimakim. Congressman Eric Go Yap was present during the oath taking of new officials but was later proclaimed by the COMELEC and took his oath of office administered by Governor Diclas last July 2.
