Judge Mia Joy Cawed administers the oath of office to the new set of officers of the Baguio-La Trinidad-Itogon-Sablan-Tuba and Tublay or the BLISTT Governing Board led by Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong as Chairman, Itogon Mayor Atty. Victorio Palangdan as Vice-Chair, Tublay Mayor Armando Lauro as Secretary, La Trinidad Mayor Salda as Treasurer and Sablan Mayor Manue Munar and Tuba Mayor Clarita Salongan (not in the photo) as members. Also present was NEDA-CAR Regional Director Milagros Rimando who stands as the secretariat of the Board.
