Boosting Financial Inclusion for all Filipinos through QR Ph, The Philip-Pines National QR Code Standard

Digital financial services leader PayMaya on Wednesday became the first e-wallet in the Philippines to officially adopt QR Ph, the national QR code standard launched by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), in cooperation with the Philippine Payments Management, Inc. (PPMI). By promoting the use of a common and inter-operable QR code standard across financial institutions, the BSP hopes to bring digital financial inclusion to all Filipinos.
