Philippine National Police Chief Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa (c) receives a “Kattukong” from Abra Governor Joy Bernos and Vice Gov. Ronald Balao-as as a token for being the guest of the opening ceremony of the Cordillera Administrative Region Athletic Association (CARAA) meet 2018 at the Abra Sports Complex at the capital town of Bangued last week.
