Baguio City Mayor Mauricio Domogan, who hails from Patiacan, Ilocos Sur, entices Ilocanos from Ilocos Sur residing in Baguio and in the Cordillera Region to come home on the Bi-Centennial celebration of Ilocos Sur on February 2 to 4 next year. Domogan is holding a fan sign saying “Intayon” which means “lets go”.

At exactly 2pm, when the siren rang, all the Baguio City government offices participated in the drill with the officials and employees performing the duck, cover and hold exercises, after the siren proceeded to the designated evacuation area as part of its continuing disaster preparedness of city hall earthquake drill last July 21, 2017.
