CELEBRATING the 16Th founding Anniversary of Confederation of Ilocano Association Incorporated, Samahang Ilocano CIAI-SI 61892 Samahang Ilocano Saleng Chapter. The celebration was attended by its officers and members headed by its President Conrado Fajardo III .The group, has already started serving its purpose helping others which include Livelihood Program.
