Thousands of pre-school learners in their Christmas attire with their parents flaunt from Session Road to Melvin Jones, Burnham Park during the 46th edition of the Christmas Mardigras, Silahis ng Pasko on December 1, 2019 and it is part also of the opening events of the “An Enchanting Baguio Christmas” in coordination with the City Government of Baguio and City Social Welfare and Development Officer (CSWDO).
