Peter Ng (left) handed over a token of appreciation to Zhou Youbin, Consul and Head Post Consular Office of the Peoples Republic of China as the guest speaker during the opening ceremony of the Fili-Chinese Park at the Botanical Garden and at the same time celebrated the 21st Filipino-Chinese Friendship Day last June 9, 2022.
