CITY COMMENDS DIRECTOR TIBALDO

The city government of Baguio commends Regional Director Helen R. Tibaldo of the Philippine Information Agency – Cordillera Administrative Region (PIA-CAR) on her retirement after forty-three (43) years of dedicated government service and recognizes her contributions to service excellence. Vice Mayor Faustino Olowan and city council members awarded the commendation during the May 19 Flag Raising Ceremony at the Baguio City Hall grounds.
