Committee on Youth Welfare and Sports Development of the Sangguniang Panlungsod ng Baguio, a public consultation aims to gather inputs that are instrumental in coming up with comprehensive legislative measures and rules and regulations regarding sports development and advancement in the city., Councilor Betty Lourdes Tabanda, suggested that there should be funds for training of athletes and not only concentrate on winners.
