Victor Luacan of the Cordillera Overseas Contract Workers Multi-Purpose Cooperative (COCWMPI) stresses a point during the consultation conducted by the Consumer Protection and Advocacy Bureau (CPAB) of the Department of Trade and Industry. DTI offices nationwide are conducting consultation on the proposed guidelines to recognize consumer organizations (COs) to serve as its partner in advocating consumer rights.
