In an effort to promote agriculture products here in Cordillera the Department of Agriculture celebrates the Farmers and Fishers folk by conducting the biggest Cordillera Paella held in Baguio City as 16 executive chefs and 26 chefs with the assistance of University of Baguio’s Culinary Arts students prepped a Cordilleran inspired Paella. Paella is a World reknowned Spanish Delicacy. The Cordillera inspired Paella is a fusion of heirloom rice, Smoked meats, fresh organic vegetables from the region’s six Provinces Hundreds of visitors were served with free Cordillera Paella.
