Benguet State University was the Grand Champion in group category with their traditional medley Cordillera dance while Mt. Province State Polytechnic College (MPSPC) won the individual category. Janet Armas, regional director of DSWD-CAR, spearheaded the awarding with Liza B. Fangsilat, DBM-CAR regional director.
