With the continuous strong ties of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Northern Luzon Command (NoLCom) and the Provincial Government of La Union, Commander Lt. Gen. Ernesto Torres, Jr. and other officials pay a courtesy call to Gov. Francisco Emmanuel “Pacoy” R. Ortega III at the Office of the Governor, Provincial Capitol, City of San Fernando, La Union today, February 4, 2022.
The visit emphasized the maintenance of peace and internal security in the Province especially in the upcoming 2022 Elections.
