DAMAGED GUARDRAILS

Baguio City Police Office and City Engineering Office Maintenance Division personnel remove the sidewalk guardrails along Abad Santos Drive going down Burnham Park on April 9, 2025. The rails were damaged after a wayward vehicle plowed into the sidewalk. The driver had been identified and will be held accountable for the damage, police said.
