City General Services Officer Eugene Buyucan receives the Dangal ng Bayan Award Regional Level from Civil Service Commission Cordillera representatives Oct. 15. Dangal ng Bayan award is given to government employees with “extraordinary act of public service and consistent demonstration of exemplary behavior on the basis of observance of the eight norms: commitment to public interest; professionalism; justness and sincerity; responsiveness to the public; nationalism and patriotism; political neutrality; commitment to democracy; and simple living.”
