George Oconer, son of former Marlboro champion and Philippine team rider Norberto, gets the red jersey from mayor Benjamin Magalong and eventually wins the 2020 edition of the LBC Ronda Pilipinas.
The Baguio leg and Eagle of the Mountain were taken by Daniel Ven Carino.
Some 104 riders from 13 teams are expected to pedal their way to Baguio on March 19 for the last two legs of the 10-leg, 10-day bike-a-thon that started at Sorsogon Friday.
